1. Our Quotes

Photo-Based Quotes: We provide fixed-price quotes based on the photos you send us. We trust these photos to be an accurate representation of the damage.

On-Site Verification: When we arrive, we’ll do a quick physical inspection. In the rare event that the damage is significantly different from the photos (e.g., hidden structural issues or previous poor repairs), we will discuss any price adjustments with you before we touch the car. You always have the right to say no before we start.

 

2. The Workspace

To do our best work safely, we need a few things from you: Private Property: For safety and legal reasons, we cannot work on public roads or in underground carparks. We need a flat, private driveway, carport, or garage. The "2-Metre Rule": We need roughly 2 metres of clear space around the area being repaired so we can move our equipment and tools comfortably.

Power Access: We require access to a standard 240v power outlet within 25 metres of the vehicle.

Safety First: Please keep children and pets away from the work area while we are operating machinery or applying paint.

 

3. Weather Policy

Our PPG paint systems require a dry environment to cure perfectly.

Rain: If you don't have a garage or a waterproof carport and it’s raining, we will need to reschedule. We’ll keep an eye on the Northland forecast and touch base with you as early as possible to find a new time that suits.

 

4. Payment

When to Pay: Payment is due upon completion of the work on the day of service.

How to Pay: We carry a mobile card terminal for all major credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers (proof of transfer required before we depart).

Invoicing: A digital tax invoice will be emailed to you immediately after the job is finished.

 

5. Our Lifetime Warranty

We take immense pride in our craft.

The Promise: We provide a 5 year Workmanship Warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

What’s Covered: This covers any defects in the application of the paint or materials (such as flaking or peeling).

What’s Not Covered: This warranty doesn't cover new damage, stone chips, or general wear and tear that occurs after we leave.

6. Insurance & Liability

Peace of Mind: We are fully trade-qualified and carry $1 million in Public Liability Insurance.

Pre-Existing Issues: We are not responsible for any pre-existing mechanical faults or structural issues with the vehicle that are unrelated to the cosmetic repair area.

 

7. Cancellations

We know life happens. If you need to change your booking, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer that slot to another neighbour on our waiting list.
